When Can I Resume My Exercise Routine After a Breast Lift?

Exercise routine can be resumed after about 4 to 6 weeks after a breast lift procedure. It really depends on the patient and how quickly they recover from the surgery. But generally, within 1 to 1 and a half months, they can go ahead and resume physical activity.
