So one of the main things that patients want to know is how quickly can they get back to their regular activities. Generally, I have the patients rest up for the first 4 to 5 days. After five days, they can return to work in a light type of work activity. They can drive or any activity that’s no more physical than driving.

As far as things like exercise or any heavy duty activity perhaps around the house. That’s about three or four weeks. So most patients within a month can get back to all of their usual activities.
