What is a Tummy Tuck?

So most patients understand what a tummy tuck is. But let me just explain a little bit more. When we perform a tummy tuck in, most cases it’s related to a woman that had a pregnancy was stretching the skin or carrying a little extra skin and fatty tissue in the abdomen. The procedure would require us to lift up the skin, tighten the skin, and in many cases tighten up the muscle below the skin in order to give them a better contoured shape and waistline.
