Generally, there are very few risks with blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery. There will be an incision and that leaves a scar. But usually we can seal the scar high up in the crease, in the upper eyelids, or right along the area below the eyelashes and the lower lids. So the scarring is usually well concealed.
