So one of the main things that we do during a consultation for breast augmentation is go over the potential complications or risks. Patients need to understand these, and the only way to really describe them is in a 1 to 1 consultation. I will say that most complications are very minor. Sometimes it relates to the scar that forms or capsular contracture that might form around the implant, but in most cases it doesn’t require any additional surgery. And we can go over all those details during the consultation.
