Does My Breast Augmentation Surgery Require a Hospital Stay?

Most of our breast augmentations are done in the office based surgery center, and the patients go home the same day. When needed, in particular, if it’s a sub-muscular implant, we will have the patients go to the hospital under general anesthesia, but they will go home the same day.

Samuel Shatkin Jr., MD is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and performs all aspects of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
